Chipley Gun & Pawn Offering High Dollar For Unwanted Gold

David Corbin, owner of Chipley Gun & Pawn in Chipley, Florida, recently featured on Real Florida TV, discussed the high price of gold and the opportunity for folks with old or broken jewelry, gold coins and unwanted artifacts to sell the items for the value of the gold, recently seeing near all-time high prices. 

'We have seen a lot of people coming into the shop, exploring the value of their unwanted gold items, and coming away very happily surprised at the value they are receiving for the gold' Corbin explained, 'and we expect much more of the same over time'.

Corbin goes on to explain that people do not want to send their gold away per the ads recently seen on TV, to have someone hundreds or thousands of miles away determine a value and send them a check.  'These shady businesses probably got some folks to participate, but people around here are a little more savvy than that, and we see a lot of familiar, as well as new faces, coming into the shop to sell their gold, especially around the holidays' Corbin explains.
