R.L. Williamson, Jr: A 26
year veteran with the
Department Of The Army,
numerous awards for valor
and distinguished military
service. Mr. Williamson has
a detailed knowledge of
Federal Government
contracting. Mr. Williamson
was a principle in Tri Glass
Industries, Inc. (and INC
500 Company)
Mr. Williamson currently
owns several businesses
including Emerald Coast
Electric, Inc., a 10 year
old electrical contracting
company based in Panama
City,
Florida.
His education includes
degrees in Business
(Accounting)/ M.S. in
Education and a MBA. He
completed the safety
management program at USC.
His focus is on team
building, Governmental
Accounting, Administration,
Contract Management and
Compliance.

Del Lee: A Certified
General Contractor with the
State of Florida, with 30 years of construction experience, Mr. Lee has
experience in a wide variety
of construction methods,
materials and project
types. This experience
includes disaster recovery
work in
Kuwait after the first Gulf War, international projects in
Mexico and
Grand Cayman, and high rise
concrete construction on the
Florida coast.
Mr. Lee is the owner of
Landmark General
Contractors, Inc. an 11 year
old general contracting
business located in Panama
City Beach, Florida.
His education includes
Bachelor degrees in Civil
Engineering and in Building
Science from
Auburn
University, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from
Vanderbilt
University.
His focus is on Project
Planning, Management and
Safety; Resources
Management; and Cost
Control.

Chris Hammonds: Also a
Certified General Contractor
with the State of Florida,
with 25 years construction
experience, Mr. Hammonds has
extensive experience in the
construction industry
working with various
entities including federal,
state and local governments
and universities including
as the Corps of Engineers,
Federal Bureau of Prisons,
University of Alabama in
Birmingham, various state
hospitals and local schools.
His education includes a
Bachelor degree in Building
Science from
Auburn
University.
His focus is on Project
Estimating, Buy-out, and
Materials Acquisitions.
